Uk Sports Parks Plc are specialists in the purchase, development and regeneration of under-utilised urban green space and greenbelt land. Our ethos is the redevelopment of land into sports and activity centers that are beneficial to the local community and further afield.  Our developments can include Golf Courses, Angling Lakes, Soccer Pitches, Equestrian Centers and other such leisure and outdoor activities that are required in any given location.

We are actively seeking development opportunities and have secured funding to allow us to purchase and develop opportunities in a climate where others may struggle
Our professional team has many years experience in planning and developing sustainable sports, leisure and outdoor facilities.
We work closely with land owners, Local Authorities and Regeneration Agencies to transform redundant and under utilised land, providing high quality leisure facilities to help regenerate areas without resorting to high impact developments.



Operational Area and Requirements

Our main area of operation is within the M62 corridor, A1, M1 and M6 from the Midlands Northwards. This is not to say that if the opportunity and location came up in another part of Britain we would not consider it.

We welcome direct contact by Local and Regeneration Authorities, Land Agents and Owners and will respond to any enquiries in an efficient manner. We offer full engagement terms or introductory fees to those land agents who successfully introduce sites to us.

We are seeking development sites in excess of 20 acres, which loosely fit the following characteristics:

• Greenfield/Greenbelt Land

• Degraded Farm Land

• Former Land Fill Sites

• Sand and Cement Quarries

• Contaminated Sites

• Topographical Constraints

UK Sports Parks Plc is working on a number of sports and leisure developments and have strong financial backing. We continue to grow even in this difficult financial climate and have a budget set aside for immediate conditional and unconditional land purchases.

 
 

FAQ for Landowners


The following aims to inform landowners on the necessary information when selling a site.

How much will you pay for my land?

UK Sports Parks plc will carry out a detailed and confidential appraisal of the planning prospects, assess the market value and then make a clear offer in the form of an Option Agreement.

What are the timescales involved?

The Option Agreement is normally for a minimum period of 12 months.  This allows UK Sports Parks plc to obtain planning permission, paying all costs involved at our own risk.

What happens when planning permission is granted?

As soon as planning permission is achieved, the Option is exercised, the land purchased and the proceeds paid to the owner before any work commences on site.
