Welcome

UK Sports Parks plc is developing a number of unique Sports, Leisure and Treatment facilities, known as Sports Parks.

We have identified the demand and opportunity to bring together a number of Sports and Leisure activities in one location. By combining a comprehensive mix of facilities families, groups and individuals are able to satisfy their leisure requirements in a single trip, at the same time.

UK Sports Parks plc create the facilities, and infrastructure, which allows individual specialist companies to lease and operate within their sphere of expertise and gain the benefit of being part of a larger enterprise.

Access roads, Car Parking and Utilities are all provided along with completed Out Door Facilities, Shell Finished Buildings and Serviced Plots for experienced companies to fit out and operate.

Once completed Sports Park management actively promote the facilities as a whole, generating secondary spend and multiple facility usage.

"Promoting and booking Activity Days, where visitors are able to use a cross section of the facilities, maximises footfall throughout the day, seven days a week, across the Sports Park." Says Jonathan Snellgrove, Executive Director, UK Sports Parks plc.  "One of the many benefits of being a part of a Sports Park."

Maintenance, security and marketing costs are shared between all tenants via a service charge, bringing benefits of scale to individual operators.

"Sports Parks can be located on Green Belt, Open Space, Redundant Sports Fields and even old Landfill Sites and act as catalysts for regeneration and local employment." Chris Bennett, Executive Director, UK Sports Parks plc.

If you know of a suitable site or are interested in being a part of a Sports Park near you please contact Jonathan Snellgrove or Chris Bennett.
